Can I start for free?

Yes. You can start with the Free plan without a credit card. You can use up to 1 facility, 5 rooms, and 30 AI chats per month, and upgrade later if your needs grow.

Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes. You can change plans from the admin dashboard. Upgrades take effect after checkout is completed, and downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.

Can I cancel mid-term on an annual plan?

You can cancel renewal at any time. Annual fees already paid are generally non-refundable, and the plan remains available until the end of the paid term.

How is the Enterprise plan pricing determined?

Enterprise plan pricing is provided as a custom quote based on the number of properties, rooms, and required features. Contact us via the inquiry form and our team will propose the best plan for you.

What payment methods are accepted?

We currently support credit card payments through Stripe.

What happens if I exceed the property or room limit?

Once the limit is reached, you will not be able to add new properties or rooms. Your existing data will remain accessible. Please consider upgrading to a higher-tier plan if you need to increase the limit.
