Can I really start for free? Is a credit card required?
Yes — the Free plan is permanently free with no time limit. No credit card is required at signup. You can use up to 1 facility, 5 rooms, and 30 AI chats per month, and upgrade later if your needs grow.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and the price difference is calculated on a pro-rata basis. Downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle.
Can I cancel mid-term on an annual plan?
Yes, you can cancel an annual plan mid-term. The remaining period will be refunded on a pro-rata basis. Please note that the first month is not eligible for a refund.
How is the Enterprise plan pricing determined?
Enterprise plan pricing is provided as a custom quote based on the number of properties, rooms, and required features. Contact us via the inquiry form and our team will propose the best plan for you.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express) and bank transfers. Invoice payment is also available for Enterprise plans.
What happens if I exceed the property or room limit?
Once the limit is reached, you will not be able to add new properties or rooms. Your existing data will remain accessible. Please consider upgrading to a higher-tier plan if you need to increase the limit.
