Enterprise: custom quote (usage-based). Each property is a flat monthly rate for its room band, from $19/mo per property (up to 10 rooms).

* Annual billing is charged at 10 times the monthly price (two months free). See the pricing page for current rates. The currency and the exact amount you are charged are shown at checkout before you confirm; if your card is issued in another currency, your card issuer applies its own conversion rate.

* Consumption tax: ConcierBot plan prices (and property-slot add-ons) billed in Japanese yen are tax-included — the listed amount is what you are charged, and Japanese consumption tax (10%) is contained within it, never added on top. Customers billed in USD are not charged Japanese consumption tax. In every case, the amount shown at checkout is the amount you are charged.

Fees on guest transactions

* ① – ③ apply only to guest sales paid by card. No fees apply to on-site or room-charge payments. ② and ③ are paid directly to Stripe; ConcierBot does not act as an intermediary.

Billing timingMonthly plans: charged automatically on your monthly billing date. Annual plans: charged in full on the contract date. Starter, Growth and Professional include a 14-day free trial (a credit card is required to start it). The free trial is limited to one per account; on any later subscription no trial is granted and billing starts as soon as checkout completes.
Service availabilityAvailable immediately after registration is complete.
Returns & cancellation
  • Given the nature of the service, there are no product returns. You may cancel at any time from the admin dashboard or via our contact form.
  • Monthly plans: cancel any time; your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds.
  • Annual plans: you may stop renewal at any time; the already-paid period remains usable until it expires. Refunds are not provided except as required by law.
  • The Free plan has no monthly fee.
  • After a subscription ends, guest pages stay online for a 14-day grace period and are then unpublished (we email you twice before that happens). Your data is not deleted right away, and subscribing again restores everything as it was (unless you ask us to delete or return it, or you close your account).
  • If a significant service failure caused by ConcierBot prevents continued use, please contact us and we will handle it on a case-by-case basis.
