Asking ChatGPT to make changes: coming in stages

Features that let you ask ChatGPT to make changes, such as assigning housekeeping, notifying staff or editing the guest page, are planned to roll out in stages. A change is read back to you first and only applied after you approve it yourself on ChatGPT's approval screen. This is not available to promise today.

Before you start

  • A paid ChatGPT plan (one that supports connectors) is required. ChatGPT usage is paid to OpenAI.
  • Door codes, Wi-Fi passwords and the contact details of guests and staff are not shown in ChatGPT.
  • The connection is made with the facility owner's own account, one facility at a time.
  • Setup is done individually for each customer. We will explain ConcierBot-side costs and conditions when you contact us.
