Getting Started
ConcierBot is an AI concierge service for accommodation facilities. Simply enter your facility's address and URL, and a mobile guest page with QR code is automatically generated. It includes a multilingual AI chatbot, nearby spot recommendations, in-facility guide, GPS tour guide, and more.
Hotels, ryokan (Japanese inns), vacation rentals, guesthouses, and any other accommodation facility. It is especially optimized for short-term rental and vacation rental operations with 100–500 units.
After registering, just enter your facility's address and website URL and AI generates the guest page automatically. Basic setup takes about 5 minutes. Customization and advanced settings are also easy from the admin dashboard.
Yes — the Free plan is permanently free, with no time limit. No credit card is required at signup. You get 1 facility, up to 5 rooms, and 30 AI chats per month. You can upgrade to a paid plan whenever your usage grows.

Japanese, English, Chinese (Simplified), Korean, French, Spanish, Thai, and Vietnamese. The guest's browser language is auto-detected and the bot responds in the appropriate language.
Generate and download QR codes from the admin dashboard. Place them in guest rooms or common areas — guests simply scan with their smartphone to access the facility's guest page. No app installation required.
Yes. Create tasks, assign staff, track progress, use checklists, and attach completion photos — full housekeeping management in one place. Staff can use the dedicated PWA app on mobile.
We support integrations with Airhost, Beds24, Neppan, and Temairazu. Automatic reservation sync enables automatic guest link delivery and cleaning task generation.
Pricing & Plans
We offer five plans: Free (¥0), Starter (¥9,800/mo), Growth (¥19,800/mo), Professional (¥49,800/mo), and Enterprise (from ¥79,800/mo, usage-based). Annual billing saves up to 20%. See the pricing page for details.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime from the admin dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply from the next billing date.
Security & Support
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest. Sensitive data such as GPS location is never stored on our servers. We implement multiple security layers including SSL/TLS, JWT authentication, and rate limiting.
