Returns & cancellation	Given the nature of the service, there are no product returns. You may cancel at any time from the admin dashboard or via our contact form. Monthly plans: cancel any time; your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds. Annual plans: you may stop renewal at any time; the already-paid period remains usable until it expires. Refunds are not provided except as required by law. The Free plan has no monthly fee. After a subscription ends, guest pages stay online for a 14-day grace period and are then unpublished (we email you twice before that happens). Your data is not deleted right away, and subscribing again restores everything as it was (unless you ask us to delete or return it, or you close your account). If a significant service failure caused by ConcierBot prevents continued use, please contact us and we will handle it on a case-by-case basis.
